2. Legal basis on which we process your data
We process personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GSPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG, Germany).
2.1 Categories of data subjects (hereinafter referred to as users)

No special categories of data are processed according to Art. 9 (1) GDPR, unless these are submitted to processing by the users, e.g. for applications or contact forms.
We also process personally identifiable information that we have legitimately taken from publicly available sources, in particular the Internet and telephone directories, and are allowed to process.
2.2 Types of processing data
The data processed and used is determined to a significant extent by the categories mentioned under 2.1 and the resulting contractual relationships. In particular, these are:

3. Subcontracting (order processing and third parties)
For the purposes of this regulation, subcontracting relationships are those services that directly relate to the provision of our services. Not included are ancillary services, which we, e.g. as telecommunications services, postal / transport services, payment services, maintenance and user service or the disposal of data carriers and other measures to ensure the confidentiality, availability, integrity and resilience of the hardware and software of data processing systems. In order to ensure data protection and data security of the user's data, appropriate and legally compliant contractual agreements and control measures are also agreed for outsourced ancillary services.
In accordance with Art. 28 para. 2-4 DGPR, we may only commission subcontractors (other processors) after the user's express prior written or documented consent.
If the subcontractor provides the agreed service outside the EU / EEA, the data protection legal admissibility is ensured by appropriate measures.
4. Safety (technical and organizational measures)
We take measures in accordance with. Arts. 28 para. 3 lit. c, 32 GDPR, in particular in conjunction with Article 5 (1) (2) GDPR. Overall, the actions to be taken are data security measures and to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the level of risk with regard to the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems. In this context, the state of the art, the implementation costs and the type, scope and purpose of the processing as well as the different probability and severity of the risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons within the meaning of Art. 32 (1) GDPR must be taken into account.

You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you:

However, we recommend that you first make a complaint to our data protection officer.
Collection of access data and log files
Based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. GDPR Data on every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
Logfile information is stored for security purposes (for example, to investigate abusive or fraudulent activities) for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes shall be exempted from the cancellation until final clarification of the incident.
Cookies and right to object in direct mail

Cookies are information transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to users' web browsers and stored there for later retrieval. Cookies can be small files or other types of information storage.
We use "session cookies" that are only stored for the duration of the current visit to our online presence (for example, to enable the storage of your login status or the shopping cart function and thus the use of our online offer at all). The IP address submitted by the user's browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google. The data of the users are pseudonym processed in the context of the Google marketing services. That Google stores and processes e.g. not the name or e-mail address of the users, but processes the relevant data cookie related within pseudonymous user profiles. That from the perspective of Google, the ads are not managed and displayed to a specifically identified person, but to the cookie owner, regardless of who that cookie owner is. This does not apply if a user has explicitly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about users through Google Marketing Services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the United States.
